What are your shipping times?

Accepted Answer

When in stock, all orders will ship within 24 hours of your payment being processed,  Note: Shipping is ALWAYS 100% FREE within the States! 
 
If ordering under a 'pre-order', or a 'back order' status, all orders will be shipped within 24 hours of stock replenishment.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Can I cancel a PRE-ORDER?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, any item that is ordered as a PRE-ORDER is not able to be canceled.  App pre-orders are final, HOWEVER we will trade out pre-orders received for a different size if need be, just like any other order.

Ok folks..  We understand taht you guys want every pattern known to man, and we are working on expanding our offerings.  We will get them out as soon as possible.  Anything new that we have in the works will be offered as a 'PRE-ORDER'.
